T-Shirt Printing: Why Your Design Has a White Box Around It

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers print exactly what is in the file. If your file is a JPG, the background pixels exist (as white), so the printer prints white ink.
The Fix
Convert your design to PNG using our Converter Tool. Then, use a background remover to ensure the area around your design is transparent (alpha channel).
