Why Your LinkedIn Banner is Blurry (and the 1584x396px Rule)
By Image Size Compress Team•
LinkedIn compression is aggressive. Even if you upload a 4K image, it often turns into a blurry mess. This hurts your personal brand.
The Exact Dimensions
LinkedIn recommends 1584 x 396 pixels. If your aspect ratio is wrong, they crop and stretch it. If your file size is over 8MB, they compress it poorly.
The Fix
First, crop your image to the correct ratio. Then, convert it to PNG using our JPG to PNG Converter. PNG text renders sharper on LinkedIn than JPG text.
